A funeral service for Trever Bowen McBride, 21, will be 10:00 AM Thursday, August 16, 2007 at Hillsdale Bible Church, with Rev. Mike Booth officiating. Burial will be in the Hillsdale Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
He was born to James Mark and Lynda Beth (Bowen) McBride on Jan. 7, 1986, in Enid, and died Sunday, August 12, 2007, in Crescent. He grew up in Hillsdale and Hollis. He was a tender-hearted child that would put a smile on your face and never missed a family gathering. He enjoyed farming and working with cattle with both grandfathers. He graduated from Kremlin-Hillsdale School, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Hollis. His best friends were his brothers.
Trever is survived by his father, Mark McBride and wife Alana of Moore; his mother Beth Bowen of Hillsdale; three brothers, William Tyrel McBride and wife Jennifer and their children Grayson, Hazel and Kathryn McBride, all of Okla. City; John McBride of Hillsdale, Michael Cheyenne Moore of Hillsdale; three sisters, Jimmie McBride of Hillsdale, Audrey McBride of Hillsdale and Amanda Ryan of Moore; maternal grandparents, Marvin and Carol Jean Hamm of Lexington, and J.C. and Charlotte Bowen of Hillsdale; paternal grandparents, Jim and Frankie McBride of Oklahoma City; and great-grandparents, Lynn Bowen of Hillsdale, and Kathryn Brandon of Norman.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents.
