June 19, 1948 - May 23, 2023
Graveside Services for Ron Ward will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Hillsdale Cemetery, with Dr. Robert Courtney officiating. Services are under direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.
Ron was born June 19, 1948, in Trona, California, to David Walter and Maxine (Ruhl) Ward and passed away May 23, 2023.
Ron married Natalie Hensel in Winterhaven, CA, in 1966. Ron and Natalie lived in the Conejo Valley in California, where they raised their two sons, David and Dan. Both David and Dan have grown up, married, and each had three children of their own. Natalie and Ron moved to the Ward family farm in Enid, OK, in 2002, where they built a beautiful home.
Ron is survived by his two sons, Ronald David Ward, Jr., and wife Dawn, of Temple, TX, and Daniel Wayne Ward and wife Shannon, of Lake Dallas, TX; six grandchildren, Raishelle Meagher and husband Justin, of Ventura, CA, Ronald David Ward, III, of Antelope Acres, CA, Brittany Ward of La Mesa, CA, Michael McMillan and wife Katelyn of Lake Dallas, TX, Allyson Ward of Hickory Creek, TX, Amanda Ward, of Ponder, TX; four great-grandchildren, Alexander, Atlas, Titus and Zoey; and a host of loving friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Natalie; and siblings. Memorial donations may be made to Hillsdale Bible Church, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of funds.
