Funeral for Lauraetta J. Stoner, 77, will be 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, at Garber First Baptist Church. The Rev. Tommy Le Grand will officiate. Burial will follow at Garber Cemetery under direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
Visitation with family will be 5:30-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Lauraetta was born to Ernie and Faye (Yanke) Worth Sept. 12, 1937, in Lucien, and passed away Friday, Dec. 5, 2014, in Enid.
She grew up in Garber and graduated from Garber High School.
Lauraetta married John Stoner Aug. 20, 1955, and they made their home in Garber.
She was a homemaker and devoted mom.
Lauraetta worked various jobs, including her last one at Garber Co-op. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Garber.
Lauraetta enjoyed sewing, flower gardening and working in the yard.
Lauraetta is survived by her children, Sherry Hawthorne and husband David and Shelley Ludlow and husband Greg, all of Enid, and Russell Stoner and wife Rocki of Ramona, Okla.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Steve Worth and his wife Jeanne of Friendswood, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Stoner; three brothers; and her parents.
Memorials may be made to OMRF Alzheimer’s division.
