Minna Margaretha Kroll, 87, died Sunday at the Garber Nursing Home. The funeral will 2 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Garber, with the Rev. Mark Hein officiating. Burial will be in the Garber Cemetery directed by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
She was born March 13, 1900, to August and Margaretha Peters Goedeke, Jr. East of Garber on a farm homesteaded by her father. She attended Elkhorn and Breckinridge Lutheran School and was confirmed in the Lutheran faith. She was lifelong member of the church in Garber, where she was a member of the Lutheran Ladies Aid and the Luthersn Woman's Missionary Leage.
She and Ernest F. Kroll were married Feb. 15, 1922 in her parents home. The couple farmed in the Garber area for 52 years. He died in 1974.

Survivors include two sons, Elmer and Clarence, both of Garber; four grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband she was preceded in death by one sister, two brothers, a grandson, and a great grand son.

Funeral services for Ernest F. Kroll, 72, will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Innanuel Lutheran Church at Garber with the Rev. A. Mietler officiating. Burial will follow in the Garber Cemetery under the directions of Anderson Funeral Home of Garber.
Kroll who has been in ill health, died at his home east of Garber late Tuesday afternoon. Kroll had just driven his tractor into the yard when stricken with a apparent heart attack. A grandson, Nicky Kroll saw his grandfather slumped over and stopped the vihicle.
Survivors are his wife, Minna, of the home; two son's Elmer and Clarence, both of Garber; five grandchildren; three great-granchildren; two sisters, Minnie Kroll, of Enid and and Amanda Hunewell of Wichita, Kan.; four brothers, Frank of Enid, George of Garber, Herman of Fairmont and Otto of Breckinridge,
