Billings – The funeral for Jack D, Crozier, 59, who died suddenly Sunday afternoon in his home in Houston, Texas, will be at 2:30 PM Wednesday in the Antelope Valley Church of the Brethren.

The Rev. John Holderead will officiate and burial will be in the Garber Cemetery, with arrangements under the direction of the Anderson Funeral Home of Billings.

Crozier was born December 2, 1924, in Los Angeles, California, the son of William and Ruth Crozier. He moved to Oklahoma with his parents in 1926, the family establishing a home near Garber where he graduated from high school.

He entered the United States Army during World War I I, serving as a medic and paratrooper. After his discharge, Crozier returned to school at Central State University in Edmond where he worked at Vann's Bakery while attending school.

Crozier moved to Houston in 1966 when Fleming Foods moved the bakery there. He had been superintendent for Fleming Foods since that time.

Crozier was a member of the Antelope Valley Church of the Brethren, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and was active in Red Cross work.

He was formerly married to Betty Jo Roberts.

Crozier is survived by his wife Delma of the home in Houston; three daughters, Bertha May Farrar, Houston; Terry Lee Cherry of Tom Ball, Texas; and Cristin Denison of Ponca City; four sons, Thomas Dale Crozier, Stillwater; Gordon Dean Crozier, Ponca City; Delmar George Pendland, Midland, Texas; and Jackie Dean Crozier Jr., Houston; 10 grandchildren; a brother, Leroy Crozier of Minco; three sisters, Darlene Semrad, Oklahoma City; Shirley Burnett, Edmond and Vernie Bailey of Norman.

Memorials may be made to the Billings Ambulance Fund, with the funeral home serving as custodian of the contributions.
