November 05, 1946 - August 12, 2018

A Celebration of Life Service for Ginger K. Young, age 71, of Enid, is 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 16, 2018, at Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Bishop Bryan Redd officiating. Burial will be in the Enid Cemetery at a later date.

Cremation and services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Ginger was born November 5, 1946, in Blackfoot, ID, to Ben and Therma Wood Keller, and passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018, in Garland Road Nursing Home.

Ginger grew up in Adair, where she graduated from Adair High School. She later attended and graduated from Draughon School of Business in Tulsa. She married Stanley Young on November 27, 1964, in Adair.

She worked as a secretary for Precision Wireline in Enid for several years. Ginger was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Ginger is survived by her husband Stan, of the home; daughters, Angela Reese and husband Darrell, Michelle Plymale and husband Eldon Jr, Shawnna Hobbs and husband David, and Kimberely Lindsey and husband Stephen, all of Enid; two grandsons, five granddaughters, two great-grandsons, and three great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Bonnie Wheeler and Patty Schoonover, and nephew Billy Ivey.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.

"Out of love and safety for the health of our family and friends, the Stanley Young family will save our visitation, hugs and personal greetings for you when a Celebration of Life is held in the future. Thank you for your prayers." Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Stanley Young was born Oct. 25, 1945, in Enid, Okla., to Clarence S. and Lena V. (Clark) Young and passed away Dec. 14, 2020, in the Garland Road Nursing Center.

He married Ginger Keller on Nov. 27, 1964, in Adair, Okla., and she passed away Aug. 12, 2018. Stanley was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Stanley drove a truck for many years and later worked as a wastewater tech at Advance Food retiring in 2008.

Stanley is survived by his daughters; Angela Reese and husband Darrell, Michelle Plymale and husband Eldon Jr, Shawnna Hobbs and husband David, and Kimberely Lindsey, all of Enid; two grandsons, five granddaughters, two great-grandsons and three great-granddaughters, brother Dennis Young and wife Yvonne of Enid, and sister Kay Ann Smith of Pryor, Okla.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Melvin Young.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
