October 14, 1929 - October 14, 2020

A visitation for James D. ‘Jim’ Willard, 91 years, of Enid, will be Sunday, October 18, 2020 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 2pm, Tuesday, October, 20th, at Enid Cemetery with Rev. Nathan Oney officiating. Cremation and services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Jim was born October 14, 1929 in Pratt, Kansas to James and Winnie (Talley) Willard, and passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020, on his 91st birthday.

He worked in the oilfield for various companies for 54 years. In his spare time, he liked to bowl at Oakwood Bowling Alley and participated in league bowling for 15 years; he was still bowling shortly before he passed away. Jim was very independent, active and living at home right up until he became ill. He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.

Jim is survived by six children; Joyce Fishback and husband Steve, of Enid; Dottie Flippen, of Chino, CA; John Willard and wife Tonya, of Enid; Sam Willard and wife Maryl, of Douglas, OK; Mark Willard and Christina, of Enid; and Judy Reed and husband Gary, of Enid; twenty grandchildren; thirty-seven greatgrandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren; as well as other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wives, Wanda Willard and Crystal (Crane) Willard; and three brothers, Dwight, Claude and Dale Willard.

Memorial contributions in Jim’s name may be made to the charity of choice with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
