Funeral service for Mary Beth Ward, 38, of Enid, will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Maine Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Michael Frisbee officating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Enid Cemetery under the kind guidance of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.
Beth was born Aug. 20, 1974, in Enid the daughter of Mark and Mary (Brady) Kimberlin and passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, in Enid. She was raised and educated in Enid, graduating from Pioneer High School with the class of 1992. Beth was a member of a competition gymnast team as a young child. She loved basketball, softball, and, yes, tackle football. For the next 10 years, Beth worked at Next Door Restaurant.
Beth married Mickey Rude in Enid in 1994. To this union, one son, Skyler Ike Rude was born. Recently, Beth worked as a CNA for Greenbrier.
Survivors include her son, Skyler of Enid; mother, Mary Tipton of Enid; father, Mark Kimberlin of Enid; brothers, Joshua Kimberlin, and Brady Tipton, both of Enid, Heath Dewell of Pierre, S.D., and Matthew Kimberlin of Hutchinson, Kan.; sister, Samantha Dewell of Pierre, S.D.; and nephew, Dallas Tipton.
