Funeral services for Pearl C. Stark, age 65, of Enid will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Dave Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Enid Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans funeral Home.

Pearl was born Decem-ber 1, 1939 in Enid to Steve and Helen Cunningham Guthrie and passed away Sunday, July 3, 2005 in St. Mary's Regional Hospital after a battle with cancer.

She was raised in Enid where she attended Enid schools. She worked in the nursing field and later she received her GED. Pearl attended South Plains College in Levelland, TX where she received her LVN. She worked at Twin Oaks Manor in Booker, TX for five years and moved back to Enid in 1998.

She loved all kinds of music, especially country and western. She also loved to play the steel guitar.

Her four daughters, Debbie and her husband Mike Scott of Perryton, TX, Andrea Webb of Enid, Terri and her husband Pete Emerson of Snowcamp, N.C., Tami Kile of Enid; two sons Tom and his wife Colleen Kennington of Enid, Roger Kennington of Oklahoma City; two sisters Ruby Peck of Ames, Jewell Kimmell of Enid; two brothers Paul and Robert Guthrie of Enid; 18 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; fiance Rod Snyder of Boyd, Minnesota; several nieces and nephews and special friends George and Roberta Maly of Enid survive her.

She was preceded in death by her two daughters, Sharon and Carolyn, and three brothers; parents, Helen Guthrie Harrison and Steve Guthrie.

Memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Cancer Division or the Enid Shrine Club with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the fund.
