The funeral for Richard L. Sisk, 56, of Guthrie, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Wayne Murphy, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Enid Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at the funeral home.
He was born March 4, 1953, in Enid, to John and Florence L. Chrisman Sisk, and died Saturday, July 25, 2009, in Guthrie.
He graduated from Enid High School. He began working here as a plumber in 1978 and continued his industry in Guthrie in 1989. He was a member of Church of God Outreach in Guthrie.
Surviving are two children, Michelle Sisk of Guthrie and Wayne Sisk of Murryville, Pa.; his wife, Cathy Osburn of Guthrie; his father, John Sisk of Enid; one brother, John E. Sisk of Coyle; one sister, Carol Siebert of Enid; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, stepmother, one brother and one sister.
Memorials may be made in his name to the funeral home.
