A graveside service for Ellen Rowlan, 61, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Enid Cemetery Chapel. The Rev. Kevin Strope will officiate. Arrangements are by Henninger-Allen Funeral Home. She was born Oct. 9, 1944, in Enid to Floyd and Elsie Neville Clouse and died Thursday, Jan. 19, 2006, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
She was a graduate of Enid High School and Enid Business College. She married Oliver Rowlan July 10, 1977. They made their home in Enid. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Oliver, of the home, and one sister, Jean Hartzell of Enid. She was preceded in death by one sister.

The funeral service for Oliver Rowlan, 74-year-old Enid resident, will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Graceway Baptist Church with Pastor Kevin Strope officiating. Burial will be at Enid Cemetery under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
Oliver was born September 27, 1942, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Alva and Lois (Beebe) Rowlan, and passed away September 18, 2017, at his home in Enid. Oliver graduated from Enid High School, class of 1960. On July 10, 1977, he married Ellen Louise Clouse and the couple made Enid their home. He was a member of Graceway Baptist Church.
Oliver was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Ellen.
