Funeral service for Loretta “Ronnie” Iva Rossiter, 78, of Enid, Okla., will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Scott Whitley officiating. A private family graveside service will be at Enid Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
Ronnie was born July 14, 1936, in Okemah, Okla., and was released from her earthly binds on Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015, to join our Father at the biggest party in Heaven.
Ronnie was the middle daughter of Lester and Mabel Hart. The Hart family migrated to California, where Ronnie lived in Downey until she and her husband Rossi retired. They spent their retirement years in Enid, where they enjoyed their family and friends.
Ronnie was a vivacious, friendly person who spent most of her life caring for others. She loved to socialize and was the gracious hostess of countless family gatherings and get-togethers with friends. She was quick with a smile and hug, and loved to have fun.
Ronnie will be missed by her sisters, Lois Graves and JoAnn Wilkinson. She was adored by son, George Boss III and wife Donna of Enid; daughters, Linda Roach and husband Mike of Fairview, and Teresa Fallis and husband Steve of Enid; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was a beloved grandma, great-grandma and aunt to many.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren.
Memorials may be made to OMRF, Alzheimer’s division.
Condolences at www.andersonburris.com.
