The funeral for Henry Martin Rahm, 86, will be 2 p.m. today, Oct 28, 2009, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Jim Edmison will officiate. Burial will be in Enid Cemetery .

He was born Sept. 10, 1923, in Enid, to Jacob C. and Hazel Blanche Robinson Rahm and died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, in Enid.

He grew up in Kremlin and graduated from Enid High School. He married Lela Larkey Nov. 11, 1951, in Enid. They lived in Kremlin. He was a member of Kremlin United Methodist Church and Kremlin Lions Club, serving as past district governor of District 3A Lions International. As Kremlin Lions Club president, he was involved with the formation of Kremlin- Hillsdale Rural Water District. He was a lifetime member of Pond Creek Masonic Lodge, serving as a 32nd degree Mason, and a member of Ruth Chapter of Eastern Star and Scottish Rite. He was an O.T.

Autry Vocational School board member. He served as president of Enid Cemetery Board of Directors for 12 years.

He was a farmer most of his life, moving to Enid in 1983.

Surviving are his wife, Lela, of the home; and one daughter, Nancy Rahm of Enid.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Enid Cemetery or Oklahoma Medical Research Foundtion, cancer division.
