Funeral services for Beulah Newingham, 81 of Fort Worth, TX will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Central United Methodist Church with four ministers officiating. The Rev. Roy Rowlan; Dr. R. G. Trent; Rev. Phil Jones; and Rev. Monty Jones. Burial will be in the Enid Cemetery with the Fossett Funeral Home in Charge.
Mrs. Newingham was born July 12, 1890 at McCloud, Kan. and died Wednesday morning November 3, 1971 at her home in Fort Worth, Tex.
As a small child she made the run in the Cherokee Strip with her parents, settling near Douglas. She married Earl Newingham on July 23, 1911 at Marshall and he preceded her in death on Sept. 20, 1962. She moved from Douglas to Enid in 1911 and in 1968 she went to live with her daughter in Fort Worth.
Mrs. Newingham was a member of the Central United Methodist Church and the Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Edwin ( Earlene) Jones of Fort Worth, a daughter-in-law, Esther Newingham, one sister, Flo Dievert of Douglas, four grandchildren and seven gr grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and her son Ralph.
