A graveside service for Albert Leon “Pappy” Moulton, 85, will be 2 p.m. Friday in Enid Cemetery. Rev. John McLemore will officiate. Arrangements are by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Albert was born to Tom and Helen (Sanders) Moulton on Sept. 25, 1921, in Oklahoma City, OK and died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, in Enid.

He was raised in Oklahoma City and received his GED from the Army.

He married Phyllis Oringderff Aug. 23, 1947. She passed away in 1998.

Leon entered the Army in September 1940 and was discharged in 1945, serving in the 179th Infantry 45th Division European Theater. He was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.

He owned and operated Moulton Plumbing from 1955 to 1974. He was a member of Central Christian Church.

He is survived by three sons, Dwight Moulton of Enid, Michael Moulton of Enid and Terry Moulton of Oklahoma City; one brother, Jack Moulton of Chickasha; one sister, Betty Singer of Pauls Valley; four granddaughters; and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis, and one brother.
