Funeral services for Mrs. Nealy (Ula) Hedges, 84, 1306 E. Randolph, will be Friday, 2 PM, in the Chapel of Henninger-Allen Funeral Home. Burial will be in Enid Cemetery.

Mrs. Hedges died May 7 in an Enid hospital.

She was born August 11, 1883, near Macon City, Missouri, and moved with her family to a farm east of Enid in 1897. In 1901 she married Nealy Hedges and they established Hedges Cafe which they operated with her daughter, Berniece, for over 35 years.

She was a member of the Central Christian Church.

Mrs. Hedges was preceded in death by her husband in 1953.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Merle (Berniece) Ohmart, Enid; a son, Earl Hedges, Oklahoma City; a sister, Miss Opal Wright, Enid; four grandchildren, Jack N. Hahn, Enid, Shirley Lee Williamson, Carol Harris and Earlene Nickola, all of Tulsa.
