Funeral services for J. P. Gregg, age 93, of Enid, are 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Kenneth Wade will officiate. Burial with military honors will follow in Enid Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans.
J.P. was born August 9, 1926 in Meno, OK to James and Doris Gregg, and passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019, in Enid.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Doris Gregg; daughter, Patricia Crow; sister, Aliene Adams; brothers, Raymond Gregg and Lee Allan Gregg. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Betty, of the home in Enid; two sons, James Gregg and wife Beth, of Enid; Tim Gregg and wife Sheresa, of Enid; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth Adamson, of Enid; son-in-law Rick Crow, of Trenton, MO; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Memorials in J.P.'s name may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or American Cancer Society with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
