JOHN CATON DIES AT HOME AT NOON

John W. Caton, 70, retired farmer and pioneer settler of Garfield Co. died this noon at his home at 405 North 5th. He had been quiet ill for four months and bed fast for three weeks. He had resided on farms in the Enid area for 23 years and came to town about five years ago.

Surviving are seven sons, Claire of Ill; Ross of Enid; twins, Ray and Roy of Helena; Merle of Enid; Arthur of Calif., two daughters, Mrs. Maggie Lewis of Enid; and Mrs. Opal Tucker, two sisters, amd one brother.

The body is being taken care of by the Brown Funeral Home. Burial is in the Mauoleum at Enid Cemetery
