Funeral service for Carol Sue Buffalohead will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Interment will follow in Enid Cemetery.
Carol was born Oct. 26, 1939, in Enid, Okla., the daughter of Victor and Arlimae Long Fox and died Sunday, March 31, 2013, in Enid, Okla.
She was united in marriage to Norbert M. Buffalohead. He preceded her in death July 22, 2000. She was employed for many years in management at Vance Air Force Base.
Survivors include two daughters, Kelli Streck and husband Jim of Enid, Okla., and Debbie Stone of Enid, Okla.; son, Lloyd Bell of Enid, Okla.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Buff and Vic Buffalohead, and a sister, Dixie Groene.

Funeral services for Norbert M. Buffalohead, age 67, of Enid, will be 11 AM Tuesday, July 25, 2000 and at the Ladusau – Evans Chapel. Burial will be at the Enid Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau – Evans Funeral Home.
Norbert was born September 18, 1932 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Arthur and Rose Vivian Noerr Buffalohead and died July 22, 2000 at the St. Mary's Mercy Hospital.
He was raised and attended school in Ponca City. In 1950 he joined the United States Air Force and served until 1956.
He married Carol Fox on July 24, 1962 in Enid; Oklahoma.
He worked as a meat cutter at various stores in the Enid area. In 1998 he retired after working 10 years as a meat cutter at Jumbos.
He was a member of the Proud Ponca Tribe of Oklahoma, and an active member of AA for 16 years of recovery through the 12 step program. He loved to fish, spend time with his family, and was a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his wife Carol, of the home, one son Norbert Allen and wife Sharon Buffalohead; two daughters Kelli Dawn and husband Jim Streck both of Enid, and Anita Jane Buffalohead of North Carolina; stepchildren Lloyd Bell and Debbie Stone both of Enid; three brothers Robert Buffalohead, Thomas Buffalohead, both of Ponca City, and Roger Buffalohead of Wisconsin; three sisters, Jane Conway of Muskogee, Bernice Willis of Dale City, and LeAnn Jones of Collinsville.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one son Victor Glen, two brothers, and one sister.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children with the funeral home serving as custodians.
