Funeral service for Cassandra Rhea Bennett is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 12, 2019, at Your Family Church.
Burial follows in Enid Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
Cassie was born May 24, 1976, in Enid to James Frederick and Linda Gail (Smith) Litton, and passed away January 6, 2019, in Enid, surrounded by family.
Growing up, Cassie lived several places. In 1994, she graduated from high school in Hotchkiss, Colorado. She went on to attend classes at Hardin-Simmons University. Cassie was a daycare teacher. For over 17 years, she worked at various places including Applewood Early Learning in Enid.
On September 20, 2014, she married Jason Bennett. Shortly after the birth of Braxton, she was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).
Cassie enjoyed driving around town, listening to music. When possible, she helped at Anew Church. Above all, she loved her children and adored reading to them.
She was preceded in death by her father, maternal grandparents; paternal grandparents; two aunts and a cousin.
Cassie is survived by her mother, Gail; children, Triniti Hutchison and fiancé, Brandon Clingenpeel; Todd Hutchison; Kinley Litton, and Braxton Bennett; sister, Autumn Freeman and husband, Brandon Freeman; two nieces, Skylar Freeman and Claire Freeman; two nephews, James Freeman and Jeremey Freeman; as well as numerous extended family.
