ENID — The funeral service for Ruby Lee Coulson Beaty, 89, will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at Anderson - Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Kenneth Wade officiating. Burial will be in Enid Cemetery.

Ruby Lee was born to Virgil and Dora (Vogal) Hollingshead on September 26, 1921, in Enid, and died Friday, February 4, 2011 in Enid.

Ruby Lee grew up in Enid. On December 27, 1938, she married Johnie Coulson. They owned and operated Coulson's Doughnut Shop. She also worked for Inselman Electric for 38 years.

After Johnie's death, she later married Ira Beaty. Ruby enjoyed embroidery, crocheting, sewing and dancing.

She is survived by son Johnie Coulson and wife Nancy of Enid; three grandchildren, Lisa Sandoval and husband Jerry, Scott Coulson and wife Karla, and Todd Coulson; four great-grandchildren, Kassi, Valery, Trevor and Tanner; and one brother, Claude Stepp and wife Louise of Enid.

Ruby Lee was preceded in death by two husbands and infant son Vernon Coulson.
