Janice Helen Wilson "Randy"
August 14, 1930 - June 13, 2022

Janice Helen Neal was born August 14, 1930, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Leo Alan Neal and Helen Parkinson Neal.

She graduated from Enid High School in 1946. She then attended the University of Oklahoma before graduating with a degree in education from Phillips University. Janice was joined in marriage to Bobby Stephens in a union that produced six adequate children. She was later married to Pete Dugger and all the practice paid off with the arrival of the highly capable seventh child. Later in life, she married Richard Wilson, and together they traveled the Rockies and all over the west. Janice taught for eighteen years in Woodward Public Schools, retiring in May 1990.

Janice is preceded in death by her parents; her adoring brothers, Alan and Frank; and her most wonderful sister Ruth; as well as our first beloved Camy who helped care for generations of her family. She lost two children, the incomparable Shelley Ann and the other bright light of the family, Dave Stephens.

She is survived by sons, Mark Stephens of Tulsa, OK, Michael Stephens of Las Cruces, NM, daughters, Janice Roach and husband Roy of Edmond, OK, Suzanne Bearden of Woodward, OK, son Winn Dugger of Edmond, OK, Cindee Stephens of Woodward, OK who has always been a loving daughter, and Faron Johnson of Kremlin who has always been a son to her; grandchildren, Alicia Loughnane, Heather Halford, Sean Nichols, Lisa Daily, Amy Nickels, Sarah Ortega, Jamie Bearden, Shephanie Bellgardt, Camy Bearden and Chris Stephens; nieces, Pat Neal Fitzsimmons and Christine Neal Hogue; nephews, Frank Neal, Alan Neal, Stephen Foster, and Leo Neal; numerous great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 17, 2022, at St. Matthews Episcopal Church in Enid, OK, with interment to follow at Enid Cemetery.
