Raymond (Ray) Dean Haskins
June 4, 1945 - November 5, 2021
Celebration of life service for Ray Haskins, 76, of Enid will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in Enid Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Monday evening, 6:00 to 7:00, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
Ray was born June 4, 1945, in Enid to Amos and Lillie (James) Haskins and passed away on Friday November 5, 2021, in Enid.
Ray grew up in Enid and graduated from Enid High School. Ray served in the United States Army and also in the National Guard. On June 18, 1982, he married Velma Imogene Dunlap in Cushing, Oklahoma, and they made their home in Enid. He was an electrician and owned and operated Haskins Electrical until his retirement in 2010.
Ray is survived by his wife Velma "Imogene"; his children Christi Ashley of Oklahoma City, Carrie Foote of Enid, Amy Kirk and husband Ernie of Guthrie, and Tim Bramwell and wife Rosy of Enid; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Ray was preceded in death by his mother Lillie, father Amos, aunt Maggie, brother Amos Jr, and sisters Patsy, Annie, Rosie, and Mary.
