Survived by her husband of 22 years, Wayne Scott, of Tulsa, OK; her mother Almeda Smith of Enid, OK; sister Amber Capps of Custer City, OK; brother Nick Kramer and his wife Charlotte of Douglas, OK; and sister Susie McKee and her husband Brent of Sand Springs, OK. Becky worked at Phillips 66 in Bartlesville, OK; Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK; and as the City Clerk in Preston, KS. She had retired and was enjoying being at home with her family. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was loyal to her friends and there whenever she was needed. Although we will miss her dearly, we know she is no longer suffering but celebrating with Jesus and other loved ones that have gone before her.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. at Grace Community Church in Bartlesville, OK. If delivering flowers, the church has asked that they be delivered between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The address for the church is 1500 SE Kings Drive, Bartlesville, OK 74006.
