James Ashley Travis, a long time resident of this locality, died Thursday, October 31, at Lamar, Colo., where he had gone in search of health. He was a victim of tuberculosis, but in that climate he had to some extent, regained his health, but he contracted influenza, which in his enfeebled condition soon caused his death.
The body was brought here for burial beside his father and brother in Del Norte Cemetery.
He leaves a mother and four sisters as well as many friends to mourn his loss.
