RITES SUNDAY FOR MRS. SALLIE GEORGE
Mrs. Sallie TURK RANDOLPH GEORGE 87, died early Wednesday morning at the home of her son Raymond Randolph, 1902 West Elm. She had been ill for some time but seriously ill for only a short time.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home and burial will be in the Del Norte Cemetery, Drummond.

Born in Ashland Co. Missouri, she came to Oklahoma at the opening of the Cherokee Strip and staked a claim 7 miles West of Drummond, which she still owned at the time of her death.

Survivors include her husband, Samuel George, of the home, three daughters, three daughters, Minnie Zerby; Grace George; and Audra Nelson; three sons, Raymond, Ralph, and Russell Randolph; 29, grand children and 52 great grand children.
