A graveside service for Judy Christensen, age 79, of Enid, will be 2:00 pm Friday, February 16, 2024 at Del Norte Cemetery in Drummond, OK with Rev. Gordon Epps officiating. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Judy was born January 20, 1945, in Enid, OK to Michie and Lillian (Hatton) McPherson, and passed away February 13, 2024, in Enid. Judy graduated from Enid High School in 1963. She and Robert were married on August 11, 1978, at the Christ United Methodist Church in Enid, OK. Judy worked in the floral shop at Jumbos, where she loved working with her customers. Judy was a member of Puritan Congregational UCC in Drummond, OK. Judy's daughters, Gia and Vanessa were involved in the Campfire Girls and Bluebirds, where she was a leader and always participating in whatever activity her children were involved in.
Judy is survived by her husband Robert of the home; son, Jason Rummery and wife Angela, of Woodward; daughter Vanessa Christensen of Eagle Nest, NM; two grandchildren, Breanna and Ty Rummery, of Woodward. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Gia Rummery and her parents, Michie and Lillian McPherson.
Memorial contributions in Judy's name may be made to FURever Friends with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
