Funeral services for Jerry Lee McElfresh, 46, Enid, will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church with Pastor Rick Milam officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Covington Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors.

Jerry was born on December 6, 1969 in Lawton, Oklahoma, the son of Jerry Glen and Delma Louise Roberts McElfresh, and passed away peacefully on May 9, 2016 in Enid. He was raised in Lawton, Enid, and finally Covington where he attended the Covington School System. Jerry worked in the Automotive Department at Sears, then worked for A & J Automotive for many years. At the time of his passing, Jerry was employed with Randy’s Auto Sales in Lahoma.

Survivors include his mother, Delma and step-father, Roger Evans of Crescent; sons, Randy Jones of Payson, Arizona, Jerry McElfresh, II of Mesa, Arizona; daughters, Kasondra Wilson of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Jade Marshall of Enid, Haven McElfresh-Dyer of Marlin, Texas, Cassie Nelson of Ponca City, and Jamie Leigh McElfresh of Ponca City; sisters, Wendy and husband Denver Dickson of Covington’ six grandchildren; fiance, Patty Jacobson of the residence; step-brothers, Alan Evans of Lamont, Stephen Evans of Texas, Taber Adkins of Hawaii; step-sisters, Patricia Heald of Recluse, Wyoming and Melinda Adkins of Oklahoma City. Nieces, Ashley Dickson of Covington and Amber Miller of Longdale; nephew, Jeremy McElfresh of Lahoma; sister-in-law, Melissa McElfresh of Lahoma.

Jerry was preceded in passing by his father, and brother, Jeff McElfresh.

The family has selected, instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Jerry’s mother, Delma or sister, Wendy to assist in unforseen expenses.
