Covington Cemetery



Funeral services for Mrs. Mae Hanna Andrews, 78, Wichita, Kansas, will be at 1:30 PM Tuesday in St. Paul's Church of Christ, Marshall, with Rev. Robert N. Crawford officiating. Burial will be in I00F Cemetery at Covington under direction of Darnall Funeral Home. She will lie in state at the church from 10:30 AM, Tuesday until funeral time. The casket will not be a after the services.

She died Saturday in a Wichita hospital following a very brief illness.

Born in Emporia, Kansas, she moved from Kansas to the Douglas community as a child and lived in the Douglas and Covington communities until moving to Wichita in 1960. She was a member of the Quaker faith.

Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Lloyd (Mabel) Dulavey, Galesburg, Kansas, Mrs. Marie Worthan, Wichita, and Mrs. Oliver (Doris) Rudd, Marshall; two sons, James H. Andrews, Enid, and Florian Andrews, Galesburg, Kansas; 16 grandchildren, six great – grandchildren, three sisters and four brothers including Conrad and Harvey Stout, Douglas. She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and three sisters.
