Death of Irene Badger

Irene Badger, 11-year-old daughter of Mrs. Lena Badger, 910 East Main Street, died Thursday night at a local hospital. Death followed a long illness.

Funeral services were conducted at St. Francis Xavier's church Saturday morning. Pupils from the fifth and sixth grades at St. Joseph's school attended the funeral. Six boys were pall bearers and six little girls were honorary pallbearers and strewed flowers in the path of the funeral procession. Mrs. Jack O'Connor played the funeral march. Burial was made in Enid Cemetery.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her father, W.F. Badger, a grandmother, Mrs. Lucinda Badger.
