ENID, Okla. — Mass of Christian burial for Patricia “Patsy” Semrad, 85, of Douglas, Okla., will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bison, with Father Edward Menasco as celebrant. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Bison Cemetery under the kind guidance of Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors. Rosary will be 7 p.m. today, June 10, at the church.
Patricia was born Feb. 27, 1929, in Bison, Okla., the daughter of Joseph and Emma Sedlak Fuksa and passed away peacefully on Friday, June 6, 2014, at her residence.
She was raised and educated in Bison.
She married William J. Semrad in Bison on Aug. 26, 1947.
Patricia was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Bison.
Survivors include her husband, William of the residence; daughter, Tammy Gatten of Yukon; son, Kellen Semrad of Douglas; grandchildren, Tiffany Cornelius, Shannon White, Brendon Burland and Melissa Snow; 12 great-grandchildren; and brother, Bob Fuksa of Bison.
Patricia was preceded in passing by her parents and son, Delmar Semrad.
