Funeral service for Clyde E. Frye, 63, of Ringwood, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Ladusau-Evans Chapel. The Rev. Owen Clayton will officiate. Burial will follow in Bison Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Clyde was born Sept. 25, 1948, in Borger, Texas, to Billy R. and Jean A. Annis Frye and passed away earlier Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Norman Regional Hospital.

Clyde attended school in Borger, Texas, and Dumas High School in Dumas, Texas.

He joined the U.S. Army in 1967 and served in the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged in 1973.

Clyde married Luise Link in December 1968. He later married Sandra Horner Feb. 10, 1989, in Enid.

Clyde was self-employed as a welder.

He was involved in Safe Kids Coalition, served on the board of directors of Enid YMCA, Downtown AMBUCS, and served on board of directors of Habitat for Humanity.

Clyde is survived by his wife, Sandy of the home; two sons, Shayne Frye of Tulsa, Okla., and Jesse Tune; daughters, Shawn Galligher, Wendi Collums and Heather Harbron, all of Enid; his father, Billy Frye of Dumas, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean, and one brother Mike Frye.

Sandra Lynn Frye (Sandy)

January 3, 1954 - February 23, 2021

Services for Sandra Frye will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 26, 2021, at Ladusau-Evans Chapel. Burial will follow in Bison Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Sandra was born January 3, 1954, in Enid to Arthur and Minnie Lee Horner, and passed away February 23, 2021. She married Clyde Frye on February 10, 1989, in Enid. Sandra owned and operated Trophy Towne II for many years.

She loved doing puzzles, going to the casino, and playing slot machines on her phone and computer. Sandra began a lot of activities with her family. They would play games, and hold horseshoe tournaments, with lots of laughter to go along with it.

Sandra is survived by her son, Jesse Tune; daughters, Wendi Collums and Heather Harbron all of Enid; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers, Ronny Horner, Earl Horner, A D Horner and Tony Horner.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband Clyde Frye.
