Rosetta Mae Felber
September 10, 1932 - September 9, 2015

Mass of Christian burial for Rosetta Mae Felber will be 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, with Father Aaron Foshee officiating. Burial to follow at Bison Cemetery. A Rosary will be 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, at Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel, with Deacon Tony Crispo.

Rosetta was born Sept. 10, 1932, to Edward and Rose (Schovanec) Patocka in Hennessey, Okla., and passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, in Enid, Okla. She was raised and educated in Hennessey, class of 1950. She married Hugh Nicholas Felber in Blackwell, Okla., on March 16, 1952. He preceded her in death on Dec. 10, 1995.

Mrs. Felber worked for Enid Public Schools for 16 years in the food service area. She then worked for Jensen Music Store for eight years. Rosetta moved to Enid in 1952, and was a member of Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Enid.

She is survived by two daughters, Nelda (Cole) Ream of Enid, and Laura (Joe) Hackney of Englewood, Colo.; two sons, Neil (Denise) Felber of Tulsa, Okla., and Rod Felber of Elk Grove, Calif. She also is survived by eight grandchildren, Amanda Felber, Sarah Felber, Jennifer Felber, Erik and wife Carey Haworth, Jesse C. Ream, Alice Hackney, Nick and wife April Hackney, Catherine Hackney; five great-grandchildren, Elisa and Ethan Felber, Nathan Haworth, David Haworth and Scott Hackney; brother, Edward Patocka of Hennessey; and sister-in-law, Helen Patocka of Hennessey. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Stanley Patocka; and sister, Doris Jones.

We would like to thank Grace Care for the care givers that helped mom, Hospice Circle of Love, and a special thank you to Heidi Stalker for the devoted care she gave mom.
