Enid, Oklahoma September 16, 2010 October 16, 1934 ~ September 16, 2010 Helen F. Hulsey was born on October 16, 1934, in Alabama to Charlie and Ella [Roden] Franks and died September 16, 2010, in St Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid OK. She was raised and educated in Alabama. She married Billy Wayne Hulsey in Helena AR on November 25, 1942. They lived in California and Alabama, moving to Enid in 1972. She attended Evangel Assembly of God Church. Survivors include her sons Troy and wife Tammy R. Hulsey, Teddy and wife June Hulsey, Shane and wife Amy Hulsey, and Charlie Hulsey, all of Enid; daughters Donna and husband Richard Hainey of Alabama, Regina Hulsey of Enid, and Penny Bowen of Enid; brothers Charles and wife Linda Franks, and Jim and wife Shirley Franks, all of Alabama; sisters Carolyn and husband Ted Lankster, and Kat and husband Vester Hankins, all of Alabama; 29 grandchildren; and 26 great grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, daughter Marilyn Hulsey, sisters Nadie and Francis, and brother Hubert Franks. |
