Alma Geneva Busellato, was born July 25, 1931, to John Wesley and Emma Serena (Evans) Pritchard in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. She went to be with her Lord Jesus on November 23, 2015, in Woodward, OK. Geneva lived all of her childhood years in Hartshorne, graduating from Hartshorne High School with the class of 1949. On December 30, 1950, she married James A. "Bush" Busellato in Arkansas, and they made their home in Wilburton, OK. Four children were born to this union, Joe David, Johnny, Donna, and Jimmy. In 1955, the family moved to Ft. Supply, OK, where Bush had a teaching position at Ft. Supply schools. The next year they moved to Shattuck when he was offered a job as the Jr. High Principal. Geneva, or "Nebo", as she was nicknamed as a youngster, was a homemaker until her youngest child started school. She then went to work at the Newman Memorial Hospital Pharmacy. Geneva enjoyed cooking, especially for her family, her flower gardens, and in later years, playing Nintendo. She liked to sing and always had a song in her heart even if she wasn't singing out loud. When anyone came to visit, they were greeted with a smile and a big hug, and it didn't take long for you to know she was an avid fan of Elvis Presley. Because of health reasons, Geneva moved to Clinton, OK, in 2005, and in January of 2015, she relocated to Woodward, OK. Throughout the years she was a loving "Grandma Nebo" to her five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bush, three sisters Birdie Mae, Lola Simontacchi and Nita Adams, and special friends Rusty Cowen and Dwite Warren.
She is survived by sons Joe David of McAlester, OK, Johnny and wife Gayleen of Woodward, OK, and Jimmy and wife Nikki of Weatherford, OK; daughter Donna Bailey and husband Jimmy of Clinton, OK; grandchildren Leslie Giblet and husband Jason, Jeff Bailey and wife Minta, Anthony Busellato and wife Hayley, Brittney Bay and husband Kyle and Nyah Busellato; 10 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Joann Okuneski of Warren, MI; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
