Lisa Lou Stevens, a 55 year old resident of Arnett, Oklahoma, passed into the next life in her home on Thursday July 28, 2016. Lisa was born on November 30, 1960 to Emma Lee (Farris) Stevens and Richard Eldon Stevens in Woodward, Oklahoma. She attended Arnett Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1979. Lisa then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in nursing in May of 1984.

Following her graduation, she accepted a position in the Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, Texas where she met and married William Robert Crow. They were blessed with a son and a daughter, Nicholas and Lauren Crow. Lisa remained in Midland until 2002 when she moved to Lockhart, Texas with her two children and continued to work as a nurse in San Marcos. Lisa returned to Arnett in 2006 where she began working at the Newman Memorial Hospital in Shattuck, Oklahoma and later the Woodward Memorial Hospital in Woodward, Oklahoma.

Lisa was baptized in 1961 at the Arnett Methodist Church where she continued to worship until her passing.

Lisa was an avid outdoorswoman who enjoyed hard work and getting her hands dirty. Some of her greatest memories were made on her family farm with her two brothers Lance and Gordon Stevens. Along with her love of the outdoors, Lisa loved to laugh and tell jokes, often times playing pranks with her friends and coworkers during her days at the hospital. Lisa loved working as a nurse and she strived to make her patients comfortable and her work environment fun and enjoyable. She had a great love for life and some of her favorite activities involved gardening outside with her mother, snow skiing, and horseback riding. Her favorite artist was Toby Keith and she loved old western movies.

Her father Richard Stevens precedes Lisa in death, as well grandparents Lester and Erma Stevens and grandmother Oma Stow, and other uncles and aunts.

Lisa is survived by mother Emma Lee (Farris) Stevens of Arnett, Oklahoma; son Nicholas Crow and daughter Lauren Crow of Arnett, Oklahoma; brother Lance Stevens and sister-in-law Susan Stevens of Arnett, Oklahoma; brother Gordon Stevens and sister-in-law Elizabeth Stevens of Ft. Worth, Texas; nephew Kyle Stevens of Arnett, Oklahoma; as well as other family members.

Memorials may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation.
