Linda Fay (Range) Shipman
January 29, 1954 - December 14, 2020

Linda Shipman, 66 year old Woodward resident, passed from this life on December 14, 2020. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, December 17, 2020 in the DeBolt Cemetery in Arnett, Oklahoma.

Linda Fay (Range) Shipman was born on January 29, 1954 in Garden City, Kansas; she was the daughter of Ray Lydle and Virginia Alice (George) Range. Linda grew up in Arnett, and attended Arnett schools. She was united in marriage to Johnny Dean Shipman on March 31, 1982 in Arnett, where they made their home. Linda worked various jobs from time to time, but was mainly a stay at home mother when her children were young. She and her family moved to West Virginia for a short time in the mid 1980's. In 1994 the family relocated to Balko, before returning to Arnett in 1998.

Linda loved her dogs, she and her father ran a kennel raising various breeds. She also operated the Rebel Cafe on the state line for a short time.

Linda is survived by sons, Cary Diller and wife Samantha of Tallahassee, Florida; Jason Diller and wife Kari of Woodward; grandchildren, Creed, Patience, Paige, and Madelyn; brothers, Curt Range and wife Rhea of Arnett; Steve Range and wife Mary of Fargo; Mark Range and wife Lois of Higgins, Texas; Billy Range and wife Diane of Arnett; sister, Lucinda Hill of Gage; several nieces, nephews other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Virginia Range, husband Johnny Shipman, grandson, Alan Shipman, brother, Raymond Range, sister-in-law, Brenda Range, brother-in-law, RJ Hill, and her previous husband Alan Diller.
