Tommie “Dena” (Bryan) Bullard, 86 year old from Arnett, OK passed away at her residents on February 19, 2016. Dena was born on November 15, 1929 to Samual Webster and Sadie Alice Bryan in Pampa, TX.
Dena was raised in Pampa and Ballinger, TX. She attended Ballinger Public Schools graduating with the class of 1947. In August of 1971, Dena married Glen Dell Bullard in Raton, NM. The couple made their home in Arnett, OK. They owned and operated Glen’s Propane and Glen’s Feed and Seed where Dena served as the secretary.
Dena enjoyed water skiing, receiving countless awards and trophies in competition skiing and kick skiing. She also enjoyed riding motorcycles, listening to country and western music. She was a member of the Eastern Stars receiving her 50 year pin. Dena was baptized in 1946 at the First Christian Church in Ballinger, TX and enjoyed having two church families in Arnett, OK. Dena was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Sadie Bryan, two brothers Buck and Steve Bryan, and three sisters Beatrice Crunk, Margie Wheeles, and Bonnie Cheshire.
Dena is survived by her husband Glen Bullard of the home in Arnett, OK; three brothers Bobbie Bryan of Ballinger, TX, Allen Bryan of Ballinger, TX, and Repete Bryan of San Antonio, TX; 4 nieces, 15 nephews, other family and a host of friends.
