Private Family Burial at Sunnyside Cemetery, Vici, OK
Wilma Faye “Pat” Turner, daughter of Oscar Warren and Ollie May (McDonald) Pfister was born in Vici, OK on March 18, 1931. Pat passed from this life on April 14, 2020 at the age of 89 years, 28 days in Guymon, OK.
Pat’s early years were spent in Vici, OK and Olathe, CO where she attended Olathe Public Schools. Pat was united in marriage to Earideth Olin Turner on November 20, 1947 in Delta, CO. and three sons blessed this union, James, Donald and Richard. The family lived in Vici, OK and Grand Junction, CO.
Pat was a wonderful homemaker, always cooking for her family and church dinners. She enjoyed going to garage sales, caring for others, spending time with family and loved to visit. She worked many years at Mountain Bell Telephone Company where she retired.
Pat was baptized and a member of the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn. Pat was living in Guymon, OK at the Heritage Community Center.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Ollie Pfister, husband, Earideth Turner, three sons, James Turner, Donald Turner and Richard Turner and daughter-in-law Gena Turner, sisters, Arta McCracken, Lois McCracken, Merlie Pfister and Mabel Byers, brothers, Orvil Pfister and Lester Pfister, and a special aunt Viola McDonald. She is survived by two granddaughters, Katie Turner and Brooklyn Edwards both of Guymon, OK; two sisters, Jeanie Byers of Grand Junction, CO and Hazel Hobbs of Montrose, CO; daughter-in-law, Vickie Turner of Guymon, OK; sister-in-law, Ann Turner of Vici, OK; nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
