Edward (Ted) Rucker Theodore, 76-year-old Mandeville, LA resident, passed from this life on March 29, 2017 in his home. Edward was born October 19, 1940 to Albert and Elizabeth (Butts) Theodore in Sacramento, CA. Edward was a member of the National Rifle Association and has two military memorials, one located in Leedey. He was a fierce defender of our constitution.
