Joy Darlene (Broadbent) Pierce, 64 year old resident of Oklahoma City, OK, passed from this life on December 4, 2020 in her home. Joy was born November 30, 1956 in Weatherford, OK to J.T. and Mildred (Garrison) Broadbent. Joy attended Northeast High School in Oklahoma City and graduated with the class of 1974.
Joy lived in Oklahoma City and worked as a pharmacy tech for Integris Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon, OK. She was a member of the Victory Church in Warr Acres, OK. Joy loved her family and loved to go on family trips. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family, but now Joy is in her heavenly home in the arms of Jesus.
Joy is preceded in death by her mom and stepdad Millie and Jack Cox, father J.T. Broadbent.
She is survived by her children Melanie Craig-Stearman (Jeff) of Moore, OK, Salena Bazzeghin (Nigel), Leah Richmond (Wayne) and Tyler Harmon all of Oklahoma City, OK; sisters Beth Bailey of Leedey, OK, Heather Broadbent of Florida, Shannon Woodring of Ohio; stepbrother David Mosevat of Florida; stepmom Pat Broadbent of Tennessee; 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
