Jane Livingston was born to Kenneth B. Livingston and Gwila Hawkins Livingston April 11, 1943 in Watonga, OK. Jane's early childhood was spent on the family farm south of Taloga with her grandparents, Joel and Mabel Livingston. When her Dad retruned from the service in WWII he married Pauline West and the family made their home in Southard. They later moved into the Canton school district where Jane graduated with the class of 1961. She was involved in many school activities. Jane loved playing basketball as a Canton tiger and bragged about their team going to State. Her parents owned the Sportsman's Cafe where she worked part-time. Later she worked at Long's drug store.

Due to health issues Jane moved into Billings Fairchild Center on Jan. 2, 1971, where she resided until her death. She participated in Special Olympics throughout the years, winning many medals in bocce ball and bowling. She was a mentor to younger residents and helped them with craft projects. She was a "Big Sister" to many as well. At family gatherings she was always ready for a game of cards or playing games on the WII. She loved her O.S.U. Cowboys and was always decked out in orange.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, brother Larry B Livingston, and brother-in-law Bob Pharis. Survivors include sisters Carolyn Pharis, Highlands Ranch, CO and Tere (Lary) Webber, Yukon, OK. Nephews Mark (Jamie) Pharis Gold Beach, OR, Ken (Tracy) Pharis Highlands Ranch, CO, Chris (Regina) Webber Yukon, OK, and niece Kasey (Brian) Rooney of Bethany, OK. Great nephews and nieces Chris Pharis, Phil Pharis, Kelsey Pharis, Annabelle Webber, Cal Webber and Lance Pharis. Jane's family would like to thank the staff of Billings Fairchild Center for the lifetime of love and care they gave to Jane.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Canton Christian Church with Pastor Justin Brodie officiating. Inurnment will be in Mound Cemetery near Taloga, OK.
