Woodward, Okla. — James Louthan, 23, was born July 29, 1987. He died Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at his home in Edmond. He was currently a student at Francis Tuttle studying in the wind energy field. He was a 2006 graduate of Seiling High School where he was active in FFA.

He married Jamie Isbell Feb. 28, 2009 at Seiling. They had one son, Mason James. He is survived by his wife and son, Jamie and Mason Louthan of Edmond, his parents, Ralph and Deena Louthan of Seiling, mother-in-law, Jackie Isbell of Lawton, grandfather Hilbert Coulson of Vici, grandmother Mary Ellen Louthan of Seiling besides many other relatives and freinds. He was preceded by his grandfather Earnest Louthan and grandmother Eileen Coulson.

The funeral service was held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church with former Pastor Rick Forthman, officiating. Interment will follow in the Brumfield Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Brumfield Cemetery or to the Area Medical Foundation with the Redinger Funeral Home-PO Box 236-Seiling, OK 73663 serving as custodain of the funds.
