Thomas Luther "Tommy" Keeter
September 9, 1939 ~ January 24, 2025

Thomas (Tommy) Luther Keeter was born to the late Ruby Pearl (Bible) Keeter and Ester Sidney Keeter on Saturday, September 9, 1939. He departed his earthly life on Friday, January 24, 2025.

Tommy prioritized dressing up for the Lord and attending church as often as he could. Tommy provided for his family with various jobs throughout his life including 35+ years at International Paper Company. Tommy was extremely proud of his Indian Heritage with the Cherokee Nation. He jumped at any opportunity to attend local Pow Wows or a good car show. Tommy never passed up a chance to enjoy a hot cup of coffee. He loved to go antiquing and enjoyed going to various coin shows looking for the next “good find”.

Tommy was preceded in death by his mother Ruby Pearl Keeter, his father Ester Sidney Keeter, brother Donald Ray Keeter, sister Esther Louis Keeter and daughter Kathy Sue Tomlin.

Tommy leaves to cherish is memory, son Shane Keeter, daughter Angela Roberts, son in-law Steven Roberts, sisters Eva June Mayfield, Peggy Ann Caswell, Betsy Sue Cooper, Maralyn Louise Webster, grandchildren; Kyle Alexander Keeter, Danny Lee Roberts, Dustin Lee Roberts, Elizabeth Ann Dart and husband Christopher Daniel Dart, Anthony James Tomlin and wife Amber Tomlin, Karen Krishanna Gideon and husband Josh Pickle, and great grandchildren; Easton Xavier Dart and Tenley Aria Dart, Makhia Gideon, Abby Gideon, T.J. Gideon and wife Marianne, Kadence Tomlin, Jaxson Tomlin, and Scarlett Tomlin.
