Jim Lee Johnson, son of Lafayette and Edith (Crow) Johnson, was born on April 26, 1930 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas and passed from this life on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at his home near Westville, Oklahoma at 88 years of age.
Jim was a hard worker all his life. He was a friendly and sweet soul. Jim would help anyone in need without question. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family. Jim will be deeply missed by family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Lafayette and Edith Johnson, wife: Alice Johnson, brother: Russell Johnson, sister: Louise Cordles, daughter: Patricia Draper, granddaughter: Angela Buckalloo and grandson: Chad Johnson.
Those remaining behind to keep his memory alive include his son: Leonard Johnson, grandchildren: Kathy Bridges of Watts, OK, Cody Johnson of Westville, OK, Gerald Johnson and Chassidy Johnson, both of Stilwell, OK, Haley Johnson of Westville, great grandchildren: Joseph, Crissy, Candice and Dakota Buckalloo, Justin, Colton, Emily and Madison Gibson, Callie Johnson and Waylon Dress, brother: John Johnson of Brownsville, TX and many other relatives and friends.
Services were held at the West Siloam Springs, OK on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 by the Roberts & Hart Funeral Home of Westville, OK Internment was followed at the Johnson Cemetery in West Siloam Springs.
