Colleen May Gabriel of Oologah, OK passed away Friday, January 18, 2008 in Tulsa. She was 46. Colleen was born January 27, 1961 in Indianapolis, IN to her parents Calvin Omar and Charlotte May (Richardson) Condry. She married Wayne Gabriel on October 19, 1997 in Grove, OK. Colleen worked as the manager of Check 'n Go for the last 5 years.
Colleen has lived in the Oologah area for the last 10 years. Some of her favorite hobbies included reading and singing. Her greatest enjoyment came from being Nana to Emma and Evan. She will be missed by many.
Colleen is survived by her husband, Wayne Gabriel of the home; her mother Charlotte Condry of Bartlesville; her 3 children, Amanda Berryman and husband Jerry of Oologah, Josh Banks and fiancé Kristal Anderson of Claremore, and Molly Hicks and husband Matthew of Jacksonville, NC; 2 Step-children, Sammy Gabriel and Sharon Gabriel, both of Claremore; 4 siblings, Rick Walz and wife Carole of Star City, AR, Deborah Walz and husband Dan Holland of Little Rock, AR, Carol “Anie” Stanford and husband Bill of Verdigris, and Cabe Condry of Bartlesville; 2 grandchildren, Emma Gene Berryman and Evan Aydan Banks; numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Visitation for Colleen will be held Monday, January 21, 2008 at Collinsville Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. The family will be receiving people from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. that evening.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at Dawson Freewill Baptist Church, 2044 N Darlington Pl, Tulsa, OK. Interment will be held at 3:00 p.m. that day at Hickory Grove Cemetery near Grove, OK. Under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
