Crystal Lynn Proctor (El-we), 46, of Kenwood, Oklahoma, passed away on January 4, 2025. Born on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 1978, in Claremore, Oklahoma, Crystal was a loving and vibrant soul who cherished the simple joys of life and the warmth of family. Crystal found happiness in spending time with her loved ones, often bringing everyone together through her love of cooking. She had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, relishing the peace and beauty of nature. A friendly competitor, she was known for her skill at horseshoes and the laughter that often accompanied a game. She also enjoyed playing softball. Crystal’s kind spirit and unwavering love for her family and friends left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her generosity, humor, and the joy she brought into the lives of others. Crystal will forever remain in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know her.

Crystal is survived by her beloved daughter, Kadah Tehee of Kenwood, OK; her mother, Peggy Rock of Salina, OK; her brothers, Clayton Proctor and wife Christina of Locust Grove, OK, James Proctor of Kenwood, OK, and Michael Billy of Kenwood, OK; and her sister, Jacki Sanders of Kenwood, OK. She was preceded in death by her father, Wadie Proctor.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2025, in the Euwasha Baptist Church in Kenwood with Reverend Richard Budder officiating. Burial will follow in the Euwasha Cemetery with Gerald Proctor, Zeke Proctor, James Proctor, Clinton Crittenden, Adam Proctor, and Clayton Proctor serving as casket bearers. Owen Beaver will serve as an honorary casket bearer. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 9, 2025, at Shipman’s Funeral Home in Pryor.
