ROBERT D. M. SNEARLY, Sr. - 78 - WEATHERFORD


Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home

Funeral Services for Mr. Robert D. M. Snearly, Sr, 78, Weatherford resident will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2010 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints in Clinton, officiated by family members.

Burial will conclude in the Greenwood Cemetery in Weatherford, Oklahoma, under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Robert Duane Marion Snearly, Sr. was born September 12, 1932 to Harold Marion Snearly and Reba Vedora Caroline (Branaman) Snearly and passed away in his Weatherford home Wednesday, December 23, 2010.

He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1953 and served in the Korean War; he was married to Gail Anne Adams on March 18, 1954 in Georgia He continued serving in the Navy as an aero photographer and was honorably discharged in 1957.

His family moved to Alva in 1976 and owned Produce Company and was later a Schwan's salesman and manager until retiring in 1999.

He was survived by four sons, four daughters, one brother and fifteen grandchildren.
