MB Davis was born on April 5, 1938 to his parents Bud and Pauline Davis in Ahpeatone, OK and passed from this life on December 3, 2018 at 80 years of age.
MB was a senior in college at UCO in 1961 majoring in Business Education and then took a job with Green Giant. On October 17, 1964 MB married the love of his life Patsy Ann Smith in Rockford, IL. Then together they moved around a lot following MB’s job as a Right-of-Way Agent in the oilfield. In 1980, MB moved his family to Sweetwater, OK where he worked for Sweetwater Schools until 1990 then went back to the oilfield. After moving to Elk City, OK in 1993, MB continued working as a Right of Way Agent until his health wouldn't allow him anymore in 2009. He enjoyed shooting pool, playing cards, domino's and gardening. MB never missed a sporting event or activity that his children were participating in.
Although MB is no longer with us, his memory and legacy will be kept alive through the family and friends he leaves behind which includes 2 sons; Mark Davis of Elk City, OK and son Harold Davis and wife Daena of Farmersville, TX, 1 daughter; Pam and husband Bryan Criswell of Elk City, OK, 1 sister-in-law; Helen Bross of Clinton, OK; 1 nephew; Buddy Davis of Comanche, OK, 1 sister; Shirley Dahl of Walters, OK, 1 grandson Kevin Davis and 4 granddaughters; Kylee Davis, Lexus Criswell, Kaci Davis and Aspen Criswell along with a host of relatives and friends.
MB was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Ann Davis (1999), 2 brothers; Howard and Clifford Davis, 2 sisters; Willie Woosley and Elzie Meadows.
Burial will be at Clinton Cemetery.
