Mary Sue Horn was born November 5, 1928, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, to Harry and Hattie (Wilson) Dryden. She died Thursday, November 28, 2013, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 85 years. Mary was reared and educated in Chandler, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Chandler High School Class of 1946. She continued her education attending Draughons Business School. Mary was married October 8, 1949, in Kiefer, Oklahoma, to Robert E. Horn. They had made their home in Owasso since 1979. She spent most of her working life as a homemaker and caring for her family. Mary was a faithful member of Tulsa Christian Ministries. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including square dancing and traveling with the Good Sam's Club.

Loving family members include: Son and daughter-in-law; Ray and Ellen Horn, of Granbury, Texas; Daughter; Pat Ketchum, of Bartlesville, OK; Five grandchildren; Candi Barlow and her husband Michael, Greg Ketchum and his wife Rosa Kelly Aubrey, Lori Horn, Michael Horn; Eight great grandchildren; Skyler Rogers, Caleb Barlow, Marisa Ketchum, Elijah Ketchum, Adrian Ketchum, Mateo Ketchum, Ava Aubrey, and Isaiah Aubrey

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Horn, and a son, Bill Horn.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 Monday, December 2, 2013, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral services will be held 10:00 Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso. Serving as casket bearers will be Greg Ketchum, Michael Horn, Michael Barlow, Caleb Barlow, and Skyler Rogers. Committal services and interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Mounds, Oklahoma. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, 6600 South Yale Avenue, Suite #1310, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74136-3364. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso. www.moweryfs.com
